With its commitment to facilitate more comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing BC post-secondary environment, BCCAT conducts and coordinates a wide variety of research projects to inform and support institutional planning, procedures, and policies, and to enhance educational opportunities and experiences for BC post-secondary students.
This report provides recommendations to the BC Registrars Association around appropriate, respectful and streamlined nomenclature for increasing the declaration of gender from the time of application through the admission process, and the remainder of the student life cycle.
