If Transfer Credit is Not Granted

A receiving institution may determine that it will not grant transfer credit for a course. In this situation, students at the sending institution should be informed which institutions to which the course will not transfer. This information is important for them in planning their programs. An award of 'no credit' will be recorded in the BC Transfer Guide. If the sending institution disagrees with a 'no credit' evaluation at the receiving institution, it may contact the receiving institution for further discussion.
