All members of the BC Transfer System are encouraged to use current BCCAT logos on their websites, print materials, and / or other media for the purpose of identifying themselves as BC Transfer System members. However, institutions may only use BCCAT logos in manners commensurate with the terms and conditions of their membership within the BC Transfer System. BCCAT reserves the right not to permit a member institution to use one or more of its logos.  For information on BCCAT's logo policy, please click here.

The following procedures must be followed when a member of the BC Transfer System uses BCCAT logos:

  • Consult with BCCAT’s Communications Coordinator regarding intended use of BCCAT logos.

  • Upon approval of usage by BCCAT’s Communications Coordinator, obtain access to current, official versions of BCCAT logos for use on websites, print materials, and / or other media through BCCAT.

  • Member institutions should use BCCAT logos with reference to a statement resembling the following, where appropriate: <Institution Name> is a member of the BC Transfer System.

  • If BCCAT contacts a member institution to indicate that it is not permitted to use BCCAT logos in a specific or general manner, the institution must remove BCCAT logos immediately and confirm in writing to BCCAT that it has done so. If an institution does not comply with BCCAT guidelines, its membership standing may be reviewed by the Council.
