This report analyses data available in the 1980’s and early 1990’s in a B.C. Educational Records Linkage File, which enabled the tracking of students as they progressed in their post-secondary studies within an institution and after transferring to another B.C. institution, focusing on flow patterns of the BC Grade 12 class of 1987-1998.
