Working together to build a resilient and responsive transfer network

A resilient transfer network does not emerge by chance. It is built and sustained through strong partnerships, shared evidence, and a collective commitment to student success. Working together, we are strengthening the foundations of BC’s transfer system—making it more connected, adaptable, and sustainable for the future.

This annual report highlights key developments over the past year, reflecting our continued focus on strengthening connections and supporting a transfer network that works for all learners.

BCCAT, and the BC Transfer System at large, plays a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration through efficient programming and diverse student pathways. While the current challenges faced by public post-secondary institutions (PPSIs) are significant, the student mobility system supported by BCCAT offers opportunities for deeper partnerships between institutions and continued affordability for students.
