BCCAT welcomes Robert Adamoski
BCCAT is pleased to announce that Dr. Robert Adamoski, currently Dean of Social Sciences at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, has been appointed as the new Associate Director, Admissions and Research. He will be replacing Dr. Devron Gaber who will be retiring from this position at the end of May. Dr. Adamoski was chosen by the selection committee from among a slate of candidates drawn from across BC, elsewhere in Canada, and the United States.
Robert Adamoski is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and the University of Toronto, and he has contributed to the BC post-secondary system as both a faculty member and an academic administrator for over twenty years. His experience includes research administration, admissions and enrolment management, program development and review, policy development, and academic governance. He is excited for the opportunity to join BCCAT and to work with institutions across the province.
In order to facilitate a smooth transition, Dr. Adamoski will begin working with Dr. Gaber on May 1, 2012.
