Frank Gelin, Executive Director of BCCAT represents the Ministry of Advanced Education & Labour Market Development on the Council of Ministers of Education Canada (CMEC) Transfer Credit Working Group. Each jurisdiction in Canada is requested to file a brief report for CMEC regarding what steps it has taken to implement successfully the Ministerial Statement on Credit Transfer in Canada which was adopted by CMEC in 2002. This report, covering the period of April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009, was prepared by BCCAT and submitted to CMEC in March 2009.
